Nunwood was drafted in by the Insight Team at Alliance & Leicester to create a solution that would  re-organise how existing information was accessed , combined and shared with key decision makers within the organisation.

Nunwood’s Industry Consultants and members from the Fizz team were drafted in to help A&L collate, fuse and generate action from the insight that was already available yet previously disconnected from the cognitive process of running the company.

Nunwood brought together primary and secondary external resources in order to create a true picture of the industry and associated micro/macro trends. This provided a base for discussion at senior A&L marketer workshops developed by the finance consulting team at Nunwood. 

Having fused insights and expert opinion to create potent corporate intelligence, Nunwood then introduced Fizz to create a permanent online resource that decision makers in the organisation could access independently and 24/7.

The impact upon A&L business has been the renewed interest across the business in customer and industry insight through the impact of the online resource. The number of users accessing intelligence, recorded through the user stats features of Fizz, far outweighs the number of meetings/mailings the insight team is capable of creating to disseminate research. Not only have user numbers increased but more people in the company are using more relevant information thanks to the powerful search engine capabilities of Fizz.
