Nokia came to us early 05 to talk to us about the constraints of their intranet based insight management system.

Whilst already advanced in the remit of insight dissemination across the business globally, the business was ready to take up the latest technology available to further embed insight as a core component of strategic thinking at Nokia.

The key features Nokia were looking to implement over and above their existing system was the powerful Google™ style search engine that meant that they no longer had to attach key words and descriptions to information they uploaded.

They also looked to the auto alert features to provide everyone across the business to receive business intelligence they were interested in, without having to looking for it.

A key function differentiator of Fizz that offers the insight team at Nokia greater power going forward is the Fizz Advisor feature. Fizz recommends to users other useful documents based on their search criteria. This opens up a new world of information many people never knew existed. By combining the resources held within Fizz, people at Nokia can piece together a fuller picture of business problems more quickly.

The system was built for Nokia on time and on budget and is accessed by over 3000 co-workers across the globe.
