Nunwood supported Findel with a two month on site secondment to cover resources in the insight team and to develop a key strategic brand programme.

At the beginning of 2004, our client embarked on its first ever research programme, the programme was of high value and had only been running for 3 months before the research manager left.

In order to ensure that the vast body of information gleaned from the research programme continued to become actionable business knowledge used by the marketing, NPD, sales and customer service teams, it was crucial that an immediate solution was created.

A senior member of the Nunwood team worked with the marketing & NPD teams 1 day a week for an 8 week period. The time spent with the client was invaluable in that the customer insight was communicated to everyone within the organisation from shop floor workers to board level stakeholders.

The approach has created a true partnership and future plans are now in place for Nunwood to be involved at every stage in the company re-structure and cultural change programme (both as research and change management consultants).

As a result of the success in the programme, our client chose not to recruit for a new research team, instead Nunwood are continuing an on-going partnership to ensure future research continues to become the focal point of key business decisions.
